The backbone of our construction projects are mainly office and commercial premises developments, but we also have significant references in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering for large automotive and pharmaceutical companies in the industrial and manufacturing sector, as well as road, parking and park construction.

Activity: solar carport construction
At our key partner’s site in Szolnok, we created an alternative surface for the installation of solar panels by rebuilding the existing car park and building a new car park. This not only increased the solar energy capacity of the factory, but also contributed to the economical charging of electric cars.
UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt.
Activity: bank branch construction nationwide
We have carried out architectural, building services engineering and electrical renovation and reconstruction projects for our key partner in a number of bank branches over the past years. We have carried out several energy and ventilation modernisation works on buildings owned by the bank. We also provide a complex solution for structural problems that may arise in older buildings. Most recently, we stopped the sinking of part of a bank branch in Székesfehérvár using micropiling.
Continental Automotive Hungary Kft.
Activity: architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering works in the industrial site
For our automotive client, we regularly solve building services engineering tasks that other contractors cannot. We often work alongside operating production lines, paying particular attention to ensuring that the plants are up and running. In addition to our building services engineering work, we have also built complete steel-framed buildings (using house-in-house technology) and offices, with a constant focus on client requirements.

Activity: commercial premises development
We carried out a complete architectural, building services engineering and electrical reconstruction of the H&M store in Westend City Center, Budapest, in addition to the existing store.

Activity: general construction in office and industrial areas
In the Esztergom factory and in the Budaörs car showroom we have carried out a number of office and sanitary facility constructions. In addition to the architectural work, the office developments also included building services engineering, electrical and building automation tasks. In addition to our construction tasks, we also support our key partner with concept and visual design.

Activity: rental property development in the Budapest ONE office building
The PANNERGY office is the second rental property we have developed in the Budapest ONE office building. Thanks to our own manual workers, the task was successfully completed on short notice and under difficult organisational conditions.
